You must be 18 years old to be tattooed. You will be required to show your ID at time of appointment. You will be required to sign a consent form prior to your tattoo session. 16 and 17 year olds may be tattooed in the state of Connecticut with parental or legal guardian written consent. A birth certificate, ID of both client and parent/guardian is required. If a legal guardian is consenting, a court issued document must also be given. Parents or guardians must be physically present at time of procedure.

The artists at the tattoo studio work by either an hourly rate or on a daily or half day rate. It depends on which artist you book with. Estimated cost is given to you prior to booking.

1 guest may accompany you while getting tattooed. They must be 18 years old to accompany you. Out of respect for the artists who need to focus and the other clients getting tattooed who need to relax, any excess guests or disruptive guests will be asked to leave the studio. NO children or minors will be permitted in the procedure areas.

At the end of your tattoo session the tattoo artist will give you verbal and written instructions on how to care for your tattoo.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit will go towards the final cost of the final session. If you only booked one session the deposit will go towards that tattoo session. If you want to book another session, another deposit will be required to book an appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, it is forfeited. If you are cancelling due to an unlikely last minute emergency, it is up to the tattoo artist's discretion if you will lose the deposit or have you reschedule with the same deposit. You have 10 days from the date of the cancellation to reschedule the appointment. If you do not reschedule the appointment the deposit will be forfeited after the 10th day.

If you request excessive or last minute changes to design concept causing a time constraint with the artist, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay the hourly rate for the time used with the artist.

If you are running late for your appointment, please let the studio know either by text or by calling directly. If running over 30 minutes late the artist will determine if the appointment will be rescheduled. Deposit will be forfeited if it needs to be rescheduled.

No animal or pet is allowed in the tattooing procedure area. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation, and must not be unattended at any time.

We do not email/text or DM a custom design. You will be able to view the custom design at the beginning of your tattoo appointment. Revisions can be made that stay within the original concept. Hourly rates for the session will be charged when your tattoo appointment begins.

Touch ups, One free touch up is offered within a year of being tattooed related to technical application of the tattoo. There are no free touch ups to head, face, genitals, feet, hands and finger tattoos.

No refunds for any reason are given. If the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. We CAN always do something!

We do not copy or duplicate custom tattoos or designs you see somewhere else and want it exactly the same. We will create similar artwork inspired by your requested design.

Flash tattoos are duplicated and are tattooed many times with or without customization.

If you arrive at your tattoo appointment intoxicated, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
